Etheria is a land of living legends. It also happens to be quite large. Whilst our heroes traversed the furthest reaches of the kingdom and beyond, it was only a matter of time until the derelicts of the Old One’s Army infiltrated previously secured territory to plant defenses of their own!
Today, Defenders, we introduce the Returnia DLC! This addition features five missions as nostalgic as they are deadly, spanning some of Etheria’s most significant battlefields. Mind you, these challenges aren’t without their rewards. We’ve also included new options for our most decorated heroes to customize their Tavern’s theme and highly requested balance changes and fixes. Let’s get into the details!

Dungeon Defenders Returnia DLC
Return to the battlefields of Etheria in the new Returnia DLC for Dungeon Defenders! Revisit five classic maps, each offering fresh challenges and exclusive rewards;
Return to Mistymire – Brave the dense forests to earn the Forest Mage Staff and the Mini Spider Queen pet.
Return to Moraggo – Navigate the treacherous deserts to claim the Genie’s Blunderbuss and the Oni Accessory Set.
Return to Aquanos – Dive into the submerged city to wield the Xiphos Blade and befriend the charming Sea Snail pet.
Return to Sky City – Soar among the clouds to obtain the Gem Dagger and the Chainsaw Corgi companion.
Return to Crystalline Dimension – Confront crystalline foes to collect the Constellation Weapons for each hero class. This set consists of four weapons, each of which is rewarded upon defeating one of the Crystalline Dimension’s vengeful bosses!
For the ultimate challenge, complete all five missions consecutively on ‘Nightmare’ or ‘Ruthless’ difficulty to unlock the exclusive Baby Old One pet. Gather your allies and prepare for an epic adventure to Etheria’s roots with new perils and prizes!
The Oni accessory set is obtainable in both red and blue variants. Additionally, donning the complete Oni Accessory set (Oni Horns, Oni Mask, and Oni Bracers) will grant a unique cosmetic bonus: eerie wisps that haunt the player!
After completing the achievement: Mythical Defender, defenders can now access a new Tavern-theme selection room on the second floor of the Tavern. Some themes are locked until specific maps are completed.
